Terms of Use for Our Referral Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use heavyapril.garden and the services offered through it by Heavyapril Septic. By browsing the site, calling the number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Heavyapril Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields, or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work for Themselves

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance, and behavior. We do not employ, supervise, or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Professional Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it matters, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts, and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@heavyapril.garden.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Heavyapril Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Heavyapril Septic is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

If These Terms Change

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
