We want anyone who contacts Heavyapril Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Heavyapril Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@heavyapril.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
